How do I contact Thallo?

Is it safe to order from thallo.com?

Yes, it is safe to order from thallo.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. At Thallo we respect your privacy, and we will only disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

Can orders be placed from any country?

Orders can be placed from all countries and using the same ordering process.

 

How do I pay for my order?

A.online payment via pay pal.

B.Through deposition in a bank account, before the shipment of your order.

C. Only in Greece can pay on delivery.

Note: In case of Paypal payment, Thallo will accept the payment in the next 1-2 business days. If a problem occurs with your account we will let you know by email.

 

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

If the items ordered are available, we ship them in the next 2 business days.

If the items ordered are not available, we special order it for you.

These orders take about 5-15 business days to be made and prepared for shipping, which should be added to the following shipping services :

Standard Shipping (Greece) 1–3 business days

Standard Shipping (International) business 5–15 days

Note:When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

 

How do I know If Thallo has received my order?

Upon receipt of your order an acknowledgment will be emailed to you to the address you have provided. Please keep this email, it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later. A separate shipment notification will be emailed to you upon order dispatch. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at thallo@thallo.com

 

Can orders be delivered to a different address than my own?

Yes, we deliver orders to a shipping address different than the billing address.This way our customers are able to send our products as a gift. In addition, our customer service representative may contact you by phone and require additional information.

 

How can I return or change an unwanted item that was purchased from www.thallo.com?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase that you made through the online store, you can return the product within 25 days of receipt (you will know the date from the email that was send the day of the shipment). The product has to be sent to the head company, as products purchased at this electronic store, are not accepted for return at Thallo Retail Stores or any authorized store. Moreover, returning a product that was purchased from Thallo authorized stores, is not possible. The returns policy refers only to the sale of products in the online store. We are willing to refund the amount of your purchase, if the product comes back in an excellent condition and in the initial packaging with the warranty card of Thallo inside. We can’t accept products that have been modified or damaged unless they are faulty. Regrettably, return shipping costs are not refundable, unless your order was not properly executed. How is my gift packaged?

All jewelery are placed in velvet green cases and the decorative items, in beige thick paperboard boxes beautifully wrapped with Thallo ribbon. Every Thallo item is accompanied with its packaging which is included in the price of the product.

 

How can I understand I’m buying a genuine Thallo item?

Every Thallo product is given with a warranty that shows the authenticity of the product. Moreover, all of our jewels have the corporate signal in the back side.

 

Does Thallo offer a warranty along with the product?

Thallo offers a two-year warranty for products purchased from authorized stores and the official Thallo websites. The warranty covers any damage that is not caused by accident, improper use and attempted repair. In order your Thallo products to retain their beauty, you can read our care tips. The warranty is not extra charged.

 

Is there VAT charged online?

Yes, VAT that it is valid in the specific period is included in the retail price.

 

What metals are used?

Products are plated with gold, silver, rhodium and palladium. The base metal is copper. The gold plated layer is 24K and the silver plated layer is 1000 degrees silver.  All findings are silver and rhodium plated. Thallo products are nickel free.

 

How can I repair a Thallo item?

We encourage you to bring your product to the nearest Thallo store or send an email to our customer service department at thallo@thallo.com. Please provide contact information and a detailed description of what is wrong with the product.

 

How should I store my jewelry and accessories?

The products should be kept absolutely dry. Exposure to chemical products, polluted air and perfumes should be avoided. For further protection it is preferable to keep your jewelry in different cases, those that we offer you along with the product. To clean them, you can use a soft cloth and rub the surface. Caution: no polishing pastes should be used because there is a risk that the item or jewelry will become matte. For further information visit “customer service”

 

Can I design my own jewel?

Yes, you can! 1.You can send us an email with your drawing and precise specifications. 2. You can visit the nearest Thallo store and draw your own jewel with the help of our assistants.
