How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

If the items ordered are available, they can be shipped in 1-5 business days.

If the items ordered are not available, they take about 5-15 business days to be created and prepared for shipment.

Upon order, a notification with the estimated shipping date will be sent to you via email.

Concerning delivery times, they are as follows: 

Inside Greece: According to Geniki Taxydromiki, it takes approximately 1–3 business days to deliver the parcel. Please note that delays may occur due to COVID-19.

European Union: According to DHL, it takes approximately 2-6 business days to deliver the parcel. Please note that delays may occur due to COVID-19.

Non- European Countries: According to the post office, it takes approximately 10 business days to deliver the parcel. Please note that delays may occur due to COVID-19.

Note: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

 

Gift Wrap

All Thallo jewellery are gift wrapped beautifully in green pouches.

Also all decorative items are wrapped in yellow boxes with the green Thallo ribbon.

 

Return or change an unwanted item. 

If you are not satisfied with the purchase that you made through the online store, it may be returned within 25 days of the order delivery date.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. The product must come back in an excellent condition, in the initial packaging, accompanied by the attached Thallo label and its warranty card.

The returns policy refers only to the sale of products in the online store. Products purchased at this electronic store, are not accepted for return at Thallo Retail Stores or any authorized store. Moreover, returning a product that was purchased from Thallo authorized stores is not possible.
